Nothing I Know Changes Me.

It has been approximately 19 hours since I last had a cigarette. I'm trying it again. I'm allowing myself 1 fag today if I really need it. But I havn't had one yet and I don't think I will need one. My strategy is to have the day off college so I won't be around smokers, and tomorrow is a study day so I'll be off college too. So I go back on wednesday and by then i won't (hopefully) be craving fags so bad.
I need to give up though.
I've been playing on The Sims 2 all morning and finding random stupidn websites to avoid doing the work. I need to do it though. Maybe after I tidy up my room...

Anyway, yesterday I wasn't feeling well. Chris also went home. I went to the other Kris's house and we watched Donnie Darko again. When I stood up to leave, I had the most fattest headache ever. It only lasted like 1 minute but it was horrible.

I think I might stay in today in fear that if I go out, I will have a fag.
I need some songs to download.

Ive just finished off 3 slices of toast (butter and marmite) and an apple.
