I think ive pulled a muscle in my arm and shoulder, it really hurts.
For about a week now ive been getting hot and cold flushes, what could that mean?
Havn't seen the wizmeistro for 10 days... its like were not even in a relationship!
Its gonna get worse when i start college aswell.
Ah well.

Yesterday was ok. I met up with loz in the morning, then came home, saw jess.k said happy birthday then stayed in for the rest of the day. I even had to have a sneaky fag out of my window before i went to bed bcuase i hadnt had one in like 6 hours.

Im gonna quit soon anyway, cut down anyways.
